Guidance Delivers Highly Scalable Ecommerce Solution for TravisMathew

TravisMathew was founded in 2007, with the focus of making premier men’s apparel for work and play. Over the years, TravisMathew has been leading the way in quality men’s active-wear design. TravisMathew had made the decision to re-platform to SAP Hybris and in the process needed to do a complete re-design of the site. They needed a commerce solution partner who understood fashion and apparel, UI/UX best practices and had proven design skills that delivered a differentiated customer experience that was unique to the TravisMathew brand and drove conversion at the online point of sale. TravisMathew chose Guidance.

  • Visual Design Strategy
  • Creative Audit
  • User Testing
  • Iconography and Branding
  • Creative QA
  • Data driven design

TravisMathew is well known for their high-quality clothing and design and they needed a website that spoke to the level of design they encompass in their clothing. The Guidance Creative and UI/UX team started with an audit to get an understanding of how the site was performing with the current design. TravisMathew was very specific about the UI and UX and wanted actual data to support any and all design decisions. This, of course, is a best practice supported by Guidance. Guidance performed extensive user testing and analytic reviews, gathered data and captured valuable insight for TravisMathew. One challenge TravisMathew had, was distinguishing their two brands, TravisMathew and Cuater, while delivering a consistent and cohesive customer experience on the TravisMathew website. The Guidance creative team worked side by side the SAP Hybris development team to handoff our designed web pages with full annotations. The newly designed TravisMathew website on the SAP Hybris platform is expected to launch in fall 2019.
