Creative is both a science and an art. Our brilliant in-house team includes art directors, digital designers, user experience and interface designers, creative strategists, content writers, and SEO experts whose passions all intersect. Here’s how we all work together to deliver powerful creative solutions.

  • 1. DISCOVERY & ANALYSIS

    Discovery is our getting-to-know-you phase that gives us deep insight into your brand, business strategy, and objectives. Each branch of the Creative team dives deep into the data to arm you with the information you need to craft a comprehensive, successful and highly customized online strategy. It’s this research that sets us apart from other creative agencies, and fuels the higher conversion rates we’re known for.

  • 2. COPY & CONTENT

    The written word and style of the content that populates the site can make or break its success among the target demographic. We can do as much or as little copywriting and content creation as you need, but our digital style tile is a signature deliverable that clients absolutely love – a comprehensive one-sheet that helps keep voice & tone, content, and visual language consistent once you take maintenance in-house.

  • 3. Site Structure

    Once we have a clear understanding of client & project goals, demographics, and the competitive landscape one of the first deliverables submitted to clients is the site map, a robust information architecture document detailing the proposed page structure and navigation of the site itself.

  • 4. WIREFRAMES

    After client approval of the site map, wireframes of each page are created to plan out page content, hierarchy of functionality, and global navigation items. We work closely with clients to revise and refine these crucial documents, as they will be our guide throughout the rest of the design and development process.

  • 5. VISUAL DESIGN

    Beyond what a wireframe dictates, visual design introduces layout and brand considerations. The visual language of the site is crafted with the established brand style, demographics, and conversion rate in mind, and our user interface designers ensure that every interaction is in line with best practices.  We collaborate extensively with clients to balance user needs with brand goals, creating visual interfaces that will delight shoppers and investors alike!
