Max Studio is a line of designer women's clothing, accessories & dresses by Leon Max. The team determined they needed a site that better represented their brand, improved the connection with their customers across channels, and provided a compelling User Experience (UX) for their customers.
Guidance began with an eCommerce Assessment, delivered by our Strategy team, which identified areas of opportunity across the site, including gaps in usability and eCommerce effectiveness, missing features, and digital marketing opportunities the company was not utilizing. Guidance then utilized Max Studio’s Magento foundation to showcase a completely new design, look and feel. Every page on the site was redesigned and developed to provide a seamless shopping experience for their customers. The homepage exhibits large branded images and the look-book can now be shopped. The website’s code was also optimized for best practices for Magento. Digital marketing efforts were adjusted to drive qualified traffic to the most relevant portions of the web site.
