Jason Meugniot

CEO

"We Are Our Core Values.”  Through this philosophy, Jason has delivered Guidance into its 20th year as an eCommerce leader.

He is responsible for defining corporate strategy, building new practices, serving clients, and leading Guidance into new markets as an experienced solution for medium- and enterprise-size retailers.    

Under his leadership, Guidance was awarded the 2011 and 2012 Magento Partner Excellence Awards, presented for “…the innovation, creativity and quality…demonstrated in the Magento Enterprise sites…implemented.” And, for 4 out the last 6 years, Guidance has been designated by the Los Angeles Business Journal, as one of “The Best Places to Work”.

Jon Provisor

CIO

As CIO and Owner, Jon oversees the technical direction of Guidance, including enhancing its Web 2.0 expertise, managed services and business intelligence offerings.

Jon additionally oversees Guidance Green, an initiative to operate environmentally aware and carbon-neutral, which was achieved in August 2007, and to help create a sustainable environment.

A recognized eCommerce expert, he has presented at several conferences and webinars.

Before Guidance, he was a managing principal consultant for Oracle.

Jon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Design, Analysis, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics.

Lisa Brewer

COO

Lisa has strategic and operational responsibility for projects and initiatives within Guidance, including resourcing. She is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget.  She also provides insight on best practices through her experience with GAAP, internal control analysis and Sarbanes Oxley.

Before Guidance, Lisa was Controller at Elite, a Thomson Reuters company; a Director of Production Accounting at The Walt Disney Studios; and, a Manager at Ernst & Young.

Lisa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and is a licensed CPA. She resides in Hermosa Beach with her husband and two children.

Michael Gibson

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

As a recognized PMO expert, Michael develops successful strategies for Guidance’s project delivery.  He is responsible for the people and process behind Guidance’s winning team. 

With 30 years of technical depth and client management, Michael’s track record for quality service makes him the perfect mentor for the project management community. 

Before Guidance, Michael held leadership positions at AppsPeri, TrueCar, SOA Software, US Interactive, Cambridge Technology Partners and Northrop Grumman.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and an Engineering Management Certificate from California Institute of Technology.  He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son and twin daughters.

Nancy Mann

VP of Human Resources

Nancy is responsible for managing Guidance Human Resources Programs and Practices. 

Nancy has more than 15 years of experience working in all aspects of human resources and has a practical, hands-on approach to talent management, employee relations, legal compliance, performance improvement, policy formulation and organizational development.

Before Guidance, Nancy worked in with organizations such as: KPMG, Herbalife, USSearch.com; Razorgator.com; Pinkerton, and government agencies. 

Nancy has a MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from SDSU, a BA in Psychology from UCLA and is a Certified Mediator with the LA Bar Association and Loyola Western Law Center.  Nancy currently resides in Marina del Rey, CA.

Jon Larsen

VP OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS & MANAGED SERVICES

Jon is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of client projects, while ensuring Guidance employees work in a productive, technical environment. For more than 12 years, his work has been fundamental in the development of solutions for clients such as Foot Locker.

Prior to joining Guidance, Jon was Director of Technology and Infrastructure for eMachines, Inc./Free-PC and worked in various roles at Cambridge Technology Partners, The Walt Disney Company, The City of Beverly Hills, among others.

Jon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, CA. He currently resides in Van Nuys, CA with his wife and two children.
