Jason Meugniot


"We Are Our Core Values.”  Through this philosophy, Jason has delivered Guidance into its 21st year as an eCommerce leader.

He is responsible for defining corporate strategy, building new practices, serving clients, and leading Guidance into new markets as an experienced solution for medium- and enterprise-size retailers.    

Under his leadership, Guidance was awarded the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Magento Spirit of Excellence Awards, presented for “…innovation, creativity and quality.” And, for 5 of the last 6 years, Guidance has been honored by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of The Best Places to Work in LA.

Jon Provisor


As CIO of Guidance, Jon oversees strategic and technical direction, sales, partner development and client management activities. He’s an esteemed eCommerce expert who regularly participates in conferences, webinars and panel discussions.

Over the years, Jon has shared his technical and managerial expertise with clients like The Coffee Bean, TOMS Shoes, One Hope Wine, Good360, The Getty, Foot Locker, Ray Ban and Burlington Coat Factory.

Jon also founded Guidance Green, a company-wide initiative aimed at making the organization carbon-neutral and environmentally aware.

Previously, he was a managing principal consultant for Oracle Corporation.

Jon has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Design, Analysis, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics.

Lisa Brewer


Lisa has strategic and operational responsibility for projects and initiatives within Guidance, including resourcing. She is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget.  She also provides insight on best practices through her experience with GAAP, internal control analysis and Sarbanes Oxley.

Before Guidance, Lisa was Controller at Elite, a Thomson Reuters company; a Director of Production Accounting at The Walt Disney Studios; and, a Manager at Ernst & Young.

Lisa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and is a licensed CPA. She resides in Hermosa Beach with her husband and two children.

Brian Beck


Brian advises retailers and manufacturers on using digital assets to supercharge revenue growth, create competitive advantage and boost efficiency. He’s a recognized expert in eCommerce, online marketing, web and mobile experience, organizational alignment and Omni-channel strategy. 

Prior, Brian spent 15 years as a hands-on eCommerce executive, serving as an Interim VP of eCommerce at Pacific Sunwear and as a FitForCommerce Strategy Consultant, where his clients included Harry & David, Epson, Teleflora, and more.  He also led eCommerce for OvernightPrints.com and Costume SuperCenter.

Brian is a 2006 NJBiz “Forty Under 40” winner who holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Rutgers University.

Jeff Herrera


Jeff leads marketing and channel development with strategic partners at Guidance.  He has extensive experience in e-commerce, payments and merchant deployment of new technologies and innovation. 

Prior to Guidance, Jeff was head of partner marketing at Magento where he led joint marketing campaigns with Magento’s strategic partners across the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.  Prior to Magento, Jeff spent several years at Visa leading successful merchant deployment of strategic initiatives such as Verified by Visa and V.me by Visa (now, Visa Checkout). 

Jeff earned his MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

Jon Larsen


Jon is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of client projects, while ensuring Guidance employees work in a productive, technical environment. For more than 12 years, his work has been fundamental in the development of solutions for clients such as Foot Locker.

Prior to joining Guidance, Jon was Director of Technology and Infrastructure for eMachines, Inc./Free-PC and worked in various roles at Cambridge Technology Partners, The Walt Disney Company, The City of Beverly Hills, among others.

Jon has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in Napa Valley, CA. He currently resides in Van Nuys, CA with his wife and two children.

Ben Shichman


Ben oversees the technical quality of Guidance projects. He works with developers, database administrators and quality-assurance engineers to ensure a consistent technical approach and maintain exemplary quality-assurance practices. Ben also leads the development of best practices and process improvements through his expertise in software development and CMMI, a leading process improvement framework.

Prior, Ben was CTO at iConstituent, where he led the creation of a successful SaaS-based CRM and email marketing product line. He's also worked as an independent technology consultant, the Director of Product Development at iapps and one of the founders of Rock Creek Technologies.

Ben has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
