SOLUTIONS

Guidance strategy team started with a road mapping exercise to determine 3rd party implementations and the migration plan from Magento Enterprise Edition 1.12 to Magento Commerce. Guidance completely revamped the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) B2C digital commerce solution and migrated it to Magento Commerce which included full back end and front end development. This migration included several complex pieces, including integrating with their legacy ERP, implementing the custom uniform builder with doogma and improving the user experience. The new BSA site now includes feature rich content to help tell the Boy Scouts of America story and deliver an intuitive and highly functional site to drive conversion and grow e-commerce revenue. Guidance is also working with BSA to launch a dedicated B2B site on Magento Commerce designed specifically for distributors and retailers which will launch in the first half of 2018 as well.
