Shop.Org 2013 was a great show this year. We were able to meet with lots of current and potential clients, as well as current and potential partners. And of course, visiting the beautiful city of Chicago is always fun.
With 5,200 in attendance, the conference was information-rich to help retailers - from etail-only to brick-and-mortar - achieve their business goals. Conference topics covered the gamut but the running theme of across all of them was a customer focus. The new buzz word "Customer-Centricity" was peppered throughout most presentations. More than ever, customers are in the driver's seat and retailers are developing their online strategy to make their customer's experience easy, quick and more positive.
