This week's Featured Employee is Craig, one of our Senior Developers. Craig is a long-standing Guidance employees, over 11 years! We asked Craig to answer a few questions for us, check out what he said:

How long have you been at Guidance?
Tell us about your hometown.
I was born and raised in Southern California, and grew up in Simi Valley, CA, approximately 35-40 miles northwest of Guidance, in Ventura County. Home of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and many of the wildfires that break out every few years. One of the most notable events while growing up in Simi was the '94 Northridge Earthquake which is the single most memory I will never forget...
What city do you currently live in?
Santa Monica, California
How did you decide on this career?
I knew I wanted to do something with computers, and was inspired by this new thing called “the internet”. So I went to Cal Poly, got my Computer Science degree joined Guidance straight out of college and the rest is history.
What was the oddest job you ever held?
I don’t know about "odd", but I have been a soda jerk (ice cream parlor employee), factory worker for a check printing factory, and a bookkeeper/attendant for a auto shop/gas station.
What do you like most about working at Guidance?
The people. I never pretend to know everything and I am always learning from the technical expertise and experiences of my co-workers.
