Terms and Conditions

Guidance is pleased that the media considers us a definitive resource for information on eCommerce, web development and design, hosting and sustainable business practices. However we require that the Guidance logo, any other brand or business logo appearing on this or on related websites, and any media library content, not be used in any manner that implies Guidance sponsorship or endorsement of any product, service, or Internet site.

Subject to the limitations above, the Company logo is available for use both in color and grayscale. Only the Guidance corporate logos appear on this site. Any other brand or business logo will reside on its individual website. All Guidance logos and media resources available here and throughout this website remain the property of Guidance Solutions, Inc.

Guidelines for Usage

You MUST:

• Use the logo, photos, and press materials provided here only as part of or in close proximity to a published news/feature article, Internet news account or within a broadcast news story concerning Guidance.
• Use the logo, photos, and press materials provided here only if you are an authorized Guidance partner with previous authorization to use these resources.
• Surround the logo on all sides by a minimum amount of clear space, as shown on fig. 1.1. The minimum clear space surrounding the logo must be measured in terms of "x." That measure is equal to the height of the lower case letter "x" in any font. When space is extremely limited, there should be a minimum of 1x staging area on all side.
• Properly stage the logo on all printed and electronic materials, as shown on fig. 1.2.
• Mention the following when using the Guidance name, logo or any branding element on any support piece: "Guidance and its logo are registered trademarks of Guidance Solutions, Inc."

You MUST NOT:

• Copy or distribute the logos/press materials beyond those uses described above or provide to others for any use.
• Modify or alter in any way the logos’ structure, design or colors. The logo cannot be combined with other images, distorted, animated or fragmented.
