Guidance Client Foot Locker Surges Four Spots in Annual Online Customer Satisfaction Index

The 2012 ForeSee E-Retail Satisfaction Index (Spring Top 100 Edition) has been released and once again Guidance client Foot Locker is rising to the top. Jumping four spots, Foot Locker achieved a score of 79, beating the overall average customer satisfaction rating for the Top 100 eTailers, as well as beating the aggregate satisfaction score in it’s category of Apparel and Accessories.

Since the Index’ inception in 2005, Foot Locker has improved its customer satisfaction score year-over-year, up seven points in total.

The list of the top 100 eTailers is determined by the 2012 Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide.

ForeSee surveyed almost 21,000 visitors to the Top 100 to arrive at its results. ForeSee “has proven there is a strong relationship between customer satisfaction and a company’s financial future. The higher the customer satisfaction – when measured scientifically – the higher the likelihood of future success.”
